Background / History

SybaTek is an audiovisual systems integration firm comprised of a group of seasoned business and industry veterans dedicated to the proposition that our clients need, deserve and can have communications systems that exceed their expectations and maximize the Return on the Investment that they make. President Scott Lazarus has been a leader in the commercial contract furniture business for over 30 years. During the past few years, as audiovisual systems have become an integral part of business environments, Scott has become aware of the need for a high quality firm which addresses a client’s needs from a consultative approach, and then delivers reliable, easy to use business tools. Scott has teamed with Tom Peters, a 34 year veteran of the commercial audiovisual systems business to found SybaTek. Tom is a Past President of InfoComm and has run several AV companies during his career. Tom and Scott, along with other members of the SybaTek team, share a common passion; collaborative communication fostered by the right technologies, spaces and furniture.
